Hello, I'm Stacy
I started my functional wellness journey at the age of 37 when crippling joint pain started creeping in. I was a mom of 2 kids trying to do it all but was struggling with joint pain, depression, poor body image and overall exhaustion.
I have been a critical care nurse for over 27 years, but I learned more about my body from my functional medicine nurse practitioner that I ever did from nursing school!
Navigating this wellness journey and also being married to a law enforcement officer for over 26 years has taught me the power of resilience, the art of balancing work and life, and the importance of prioritizing health and well-being.
Our two hilarious kids keep us grounded and constantly remind us to find joy in the little things and live fully in the present. As a family, we’re all about outdoor adventures—especially beach days—and we have a deep love for all things sports, no matter the season or game. These moments have deeply inspired my passion for helping others create vibrant, healthy lives—ones that nourish both body and mind.
Now, I’m excited to share that passion with you—to empower you to take charge of your health, grow with intention, and thrive every single day!
My Story
As a functional medicine health coach and a critical care nurse with over 27 years of experience, I’ve seen far too many loving, vibrant people struggle with the devastating effects of chronic disease. It’s both heartbreaking and terrifying to witness how these conditions quietly steal away resilience—making it harder for the body to recover from illness and injury. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others, especially women, take control of their health and well-being.
My mission is to guide women in understanding how their bodies are meant to function, so they can feel their best— moving with energy, purpose, and joy. I truly believe that small, intentional lifestyle changes can create powerful, lasting transformations in overall wellness. Whether it’s shifting habits, tuning into your body’s signals, or making better choices one day at a time, the ripple effect is real.
Discovering functional medicine was a game-changer for me personally. It gave me the tools and insight I needed to start reversing my increased risk for Type 2 diabetes and navigating the often-overwhelming rollercoaster of perimenopausal symptoms. I’m still on this journey, and every day, I fight hard for my own health so I can better serve others walking a similar path.
